I read that as "an extra pouch slot", and was quite disturbed.

Even more so since in the past few months scans_daily has been ever more on the case of the inimitable Rob Liefeld, whose, um, original grasp of human anatomy leads to superheroes in the comics he pencils having, well, pouches. Instead of significant body parts.
