There are plenty of people like that around. Some people do that all the time, others do it half the time and some do it infrequently. And, I'll classify myself as someone who does it if he's in a very pissy mood. It's nature.

It's very rare to come across anyone who never does that. In fact, such people would likely be devout Christians - not exactly your cup of tea. (Not having a pop at you, just simply observing ...)

Yes, it is sad. Just remember that every time those people behave that way, they are really insulting themselves. They are saying "I am worthless! I have no respect for myself! Only by harming others can I feel like I have any value!"
