Election update

The National's Barnaby Joyce picked up the last Senate seat in Queensland. Not that he's going to read this, but I extend my congratulations to him and remind him what he said about the Queensland Nationals being a balance of power party.

It doesn't sound good though. Ron Boswell, the other Queensland National Senator, almost said "open slather" on the phone to John Howard, but I think Johnnie reminded him he's surrounded by media just in time.

Everyone knows that what is said during election time is not to be taken seriously. It is just a show to sell newspapers, and have sausage sizzles...

Ref my amendment to my original post. I never take anything the Coalition says seriously. Especially John Howard. It's getting to the point that I'm suspecting him of having an psychological disorder that makes him a compulsive liar.

Well...i think it's better than rule by the one family first senator.

...dictatorship for 3 years. suxorz.

I guess we'll see how much more damage the coalition can do to Australia.
