Free royalty-free music

As should come as a surprise to none of you, the wonderful and talented higgs_raccoon and I are collaborating on another video project. I need to source some royalty-free music for the soundtrack. I know of Incompetech.com, but I was wondering if there are other like-minded free resources geared towards video producers. It needs to be something you can search by mood on.
