(No, this isn't a recanting of my previous post. :) ) Someone around here seems to be performing a sociology experiment. A few days ago on my way back from work, I noticed a pile of animal droppings (maybe dog) on the footpath. Antisocial this may be, but it wouldn't be worth remarking on except that someone had inserted a 20 cent coin into said pile. The next morning, I noticed the 20 cent coin was gone. This evening, someone had put a CD face down partially covered by the pile of faeces. Because it was face down, I couldn't see which album got honoured in this special way. I know rats are meant to be scavengers, but I do have my limits!

I would bet that is a blank CD from the person's work. I would also bet it's being done by someone who can see the pile for most of the day. That 'game' is probably the most important thing in their life.
