I've got a job interview tomorrow. I hate job interviews. It's in my office, so I know the people on the selection panel, but it's still a scary experience. And the procedure for the interview is that I get the questions beforehand and get maybe 15 minutes to prepare notes. Then I sit down and they stare at me while I get 30 minutes to answer the questions at my own pace.
