As a devoit atheist, I admit those are the type of Christians I like (I know a few them). It has always been my feeling of let people believe.
I think that is mostly because alot of my group of friends is what could be called multi-cultural when I was growing up. I had Christians, Jews, Hindi, Buddist, undecideds and atheists, and no one tried to force opinions on others.
When it comes to other people, religion for me is never an issue. As a hetro, the exact same can be said for sexuality.
Life is all about what makes you happy. I think go for it, and may it make you eternally happy.
