Let me tell you what my mate harvardheinous did for me. (I'm using the word "mate" in the Australian sense, not the furry sense.) He called the Disney help line to find out when Remy would show, not once but a few times. He got conflicting stories, so he booked us in twice to Les Chefs de France. The first time Remy was no show (in spite of what he was told over the phone) but we saw him the next day at lunch. I was so happy!
I used the same service the year I went to Disney. I was trying desperately to locate Meeko, and found out about this service 1 day before I left the park, but found him that morning. I was told that he would be in front of Animal Kingdom park, and there he was! So I was in 21 or so photos with him. :)
